Objectives of the game

Leaders in Action is an action-packed board game that teaches six core leadership competencies to small or large groups:

2)  Effective management of change.
3)  Motivating a team.
4)  Dealing with conflict and difficult issues.
5)  Effective planning and organising.
6)  Delivering through others while getting your own work done.
