Customer Service Real Play (4 x 3 hour workshops):

A practical approach using customised role plays to teach delegates how to flex their style to different customer needs:

Customised company documentation lends authenticity and credibility. Our Live video feedback from the role play, as well as pre-recorded footage or voices of real customers allows for a very life-like learning experience, in a safe environment. Scoring sheets reflect your company’s indicators, so you can measure the improvements quantitatively.
